Deposit

A deposit of $500 is required to secure selected dates. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax is required by the City for rentals of less than one month.

Credit card required for Security Deposit. The $500.00 deposit will become the security deposit.

The deposit will be processed for return within 2 weeks after checkout if you leave the property as you'll meet it.

Cancellation / Payments Policy

All deposits are refunded if we receive notification of your cancellation at least 70 days prior to your arrival date, less a $150 handling fee and credit card and/or payment processing fees, if applicable. If notice is received less than 70 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be made only if the unit is re-rented. Non-payment or Insufficient Funds are regarded as cancellations. Refunds will be based on the percent of your reserved stay that is re-rented. Credit card payments preferred. All payments are final, you are agree not to induce any charge backs. We are not liable for any costs connected to cancellations on our part which are based on force majeure, act of God and/or any other causes. In such cases we are entitled to place a replacement location.

Property Rules

No smoking inside the house and close to open doors and windows avoiding smoke smell inside of the condo.
No pets. As a consequence of Violations against this policy no deposit will be refunded, additional costs will appear.
To Make a Reservation you must be 21 years of age or older.

Persons which makes the reservation MUST check-in and stay at the unit the entire duration of the reservation.

Renter have to go with the rules and regulations of "North Coast Village". Use of the property, all facilities, and equipment is in the full responsibility of the renters. Damages which are not covered by insurance goes to the expense of the renters. Renters to be held responsible for minors.

With your payment you confirm the recognition and your understanding of our terms.
You irrevocably agree to that any cause of action you may submit will be filed in Oceanside, California which will be the venue of any legal dispute. You also agree that any dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Check In/Out

Check-Out is at 11 a.m.

Check-In is 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. - Late check-in times may be arranged in advance.
